Can I buy online?
Not yet — every piece is in our Wynwood store. Call or write to us and we will hold your size for 48 hours.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes. Hemming and simple alterations are free on anything bought at Nova, usually ready in three days.
Can I return or exchange?
Unworn pieces with the tag can be exchanged or refunded in store within 30 days.
Do I need an appointment for styling?
No — walk in any time. For a quiet hour with a stylist, book ahead by phone or email.
What are your pieces made of?
Mostly organic cotton, linen, wool and leather from certified mills; every product page lists the fibre.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, in store, in any amount. They never expire.
