  Organic cotton, European linen, RWS-certified wool and leather from certified tanneries. Every product page names the fibre.

• Known makers

  We buy from a short list of mills and workshops we have visited, and we keep buying from them.

• Alter and repair

  Alterations are free on anything bought here, and we repair seams and buttons for as long as you own the piece.

• No plastic

  Paper bags, cotton garment covers and nothing you have to throw away on the way home.

We are not perfect, and we won’t pretend to be. If you want to know where something was made, ask us — we will tell you.
